Announcement of procedures for applying recommendation for Foreigners’ Visa Extension

၁။ ကုမ္ပဏီမှ သက်တမ်းတိုးထောက်ခံချက်ရယူလိုသည့် နိုင်ငံခြားသားများအတွက် ၎င်း၏ ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းမကုန်ဆုံးမီ အနည်းဆုံး ရက် ၃၀ မှ ၆၀ အတွင်း ကြိုတင် လျှောက်ထား ရမည် နိုင်ငံခြားသား၏ နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်သက်တမ်းသည် အနည်းဆုံး ၆ လ သက်တမ်း ကျန်ရှိရမည်။

1. Foreigners, who would like to obtain a recommendation letter for Visa extension, must apply at least 30 to 60 days before the expiration of their visa validity period. The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months before applying for the recommendation.

၂။ https://mitc.myantrade.gov.mm/ သို့ ဝင်ရောက်၍ Visa Recommendation အွန်လိုင်းလျှောက်လွှာပုံစံပေါ်တွင် အချက်အလက် ပြည့်စုံစွာဖြည့်စွက်၍ လျှောက်ထား ရမည်။(ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ လက်ရှိလုပ်ကိုင်နေသည့် လုပ်ငန်းအားရှင်လင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြပေးရန်)

2. Visa Recommendation can be applied by filling out the application form online with the required information completely at the web portal, https://mitc.myantrade.gov.mm/ . Company’s current business status has to be clearly stated on the form.

၃။ Passport မိတ္တူနှင့် Visa တုံးထုထားသော စာမျက်နှာမိတ္တူ(E-visa ဖြစ်လျှင် ၎င်းစာရွက် မိတ္တူ) ပေါ်တွင် ကုမ္ပဏီအကြီးအကဲမှ တံဆိပ်တုံးနှိပ်၊ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးရမည်။ Form-C မိတ္တူနှင့် အလုပ်ခန့်အပ်လွှာ(Employment Contract)များတင်ပြရမည်။ (Up to date ဖြစ်ရမည်။)

3. Copies of passport, visa stamped page, and a copy of e-visa stamped and signed by the head of the company (if it is an E-Visa), Form-C and updated Employment Contract must be submitted.

၄။ ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းတိုးထောက်ခံချက် လျှောက်ထားသူ၏ ဝင်ငွေခွန်ထမ်းဆောင်မှုပြေစာ မိတ္တူ(ထောက်ခံချက် လာရောက်မလျှောက်ထားမီ ကာလအထိ ဝင်ငွေခွန်ထမ်း ဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် အထောက်အထားဖြစ်ရမည်။)

4. A copy of the income tax bill, an evidence of tax paid up to the period before applying the visa, by the applicant must be submitted.

၅။ ကုမ္ပဏီဒါရိုက်တာအဖွဲ့မှ ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းတိုးထောက်ခံချက် လျှောက်ထားလာသည့် နိုင်ငံခြားသား၏ ရာထူး၊ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များနှင့် အဆိုပါ နိုင်ငံခြားသားနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ တာဝန်ယူကြောင်းခံဝန်ချက်တင်ပြစာ။ ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းတိုး ထောက်ခံချက် လျှောက်ထား လာသူသည် မိသားစုဝင်ဖြစ်ပါက ကုမ္ပဏီဒါရိုက်တာအဖွဲ့၏ ထောက်ခံ ချက်တင်ပြစာ။

5. A recommendation letter endorsed by the company’s board of directors (BOD) mentioning the applicant’s designation, duties and responsibilities, and guarantee for the applicant. If the applicant is a family member, a recommendation letter by BOD must be submitted.

၆။ အထက်ပါစာရွက်စာတမ်းများနှင့် အွန်လိုင်းလျှောက်လွှာတွင် အချက်အလက်များအား လိမ်လည်ဖြည့်သွင်းပါက အဆိုပါကုမ္ပဏီအား နောက်နောင်သက်တမ်းတိုး ထောက်ခံချက် စိစစ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ဘဲ အမည်ပျက်စာရင်း (Black List) သို့ ထည့်သွင်းသွား မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

6. Visa Recommendation to the applicant company will no longer be issued in the future and the company will be placed on the corporation blacklist if the submitted documents and information are found fraudulent. 

၇။ စီးပွားရေးနှင့်ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနသည် တင်ပြလာသော ဗီဇာကိစ္စအပေါ် လက်ရှိချမှတ်ထားသော မူဝါဒများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုမရှိပါက ယင်းလျှောက်ထားခြင်းကို ငြင်းပယ်နိုင်သည်။

7. The Ministry of Commerce may reject the application if it does not comply with the policies.
